Tagalart is geen partij bij de verkoop. Wij brengen koper en verkoper met elkaar in contact; onderhandeling, betaling en levering verlopen rechtstreeks tussen hen. Tagalart bemiddelt niet in het financiële of contractuele deel van de transactie.
Tagalart is not a party to the sale. We put buyer and seller in contact; negotiation, payment and delivery happen directly between them. Tagalart does not intervene in the financial or contractual part of the transaction.
Tagalart levert redelijke inspanningen om herkomst en echtheid te controleren op basis van beschikbare documentatie en een inspectie ter plaatse. Wij zijn geen erkend expertisebureau en kunnen fraude of verkeerde voorstelling door derden niet uitsluiten. Kopers wordt aangeraden zelf due diligence te doen.
Tagalart uses best efforts to review provenance and authenticity based on available documentation and an on-site inspection. We are not an accredited certification body and cannot exclude fraud or misrepresentation by third parties. Buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence.
De verkoop komt rechtstreeks tot stand tussen koper en verkoper. Betaling gebeurt via overschrijving; controleer de betalingsgegevens zorgvuldig vóór overschrijving. Het statuut van de verkoper (professioneel of particulier) staat bij elk werk vermeld en bepaalt of btw of volgrecht van toepassing kan zijn.
The sale is concluded directly between buyer and seller. Payment is by wire transfer; verify payment details carefully before transferring. The seller's status (professional or private) is stated on each work and determines whether VAT or resale rights may apply.
Tagalart verzendt niet zelf, maar helpt bij het opvragen van offertes bij gevestigde transporteurs. Alle verzendkosten en risico's (inclusief verzekering, douane en taksen) zijn voor de koper. Vanaf de overdracht aan de transporteur gaat het risico over op de koper.
Tagalart does not ship directly but assists in obtaining quotes from established carriers. All shipping costs and risks (including insurance, customs and taxes) are the buyer's responsibility. Risk passes to the buyer once the work is handed to the carrier.
Niet toegelaten: gestolen werken, vervalsingen, werken met onopgeloste eigendomsgeschillen, werken die intellectuele rechten schenden, en alles wat door lokale, nationale of internationale wetgeving verboden is.
Not permitted: stolen works, forgeries, works with unresolved ownership disputes, works infringing intellectual property, and anything prohibited by local, national or international law.
Tagalart is niet aansprakelijk voor directe, indirecte of gevolgschade voortvloeiend uit het gebruik van het platform of uit een transactie tussen koper en verkoper, behoudens in geval van opzet of zware fout. Overmacht (o.a. natuurrampen, cyberaanvallen, overheidsmaatregelen) sluit aansprakelijkheid uit.
Tagalart is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from a transaction between buyer and seller, save in case of intent or gross fault. Force majeure (natural disasters, cyber-attacks, government measures, etc.) excludes liability.
Alle inhoud op Tagalart.com (beelden, teksten en merktekens) is beschermd. Ongeoorloofd gebruik is verboden.
All content on Tagalart.com (images, texts and trademarks) is protected. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Alle relaties met Tagalart worden beheerst door het Belgisch recht. Bij geschil zijn uitsluitend de Belgische rechtbanken bevoegd die territoriaal bevoegd zijn over de zetel van Tagalart.
All relations with Tagalart are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts with territorial jurisdiction over Tagalart's registered seat have exclusive competence.
