We are happy to offer non-binding advice (e.g. on transport or insurance), separate from the sales process.

Submit Your Artwork
Share detailed information about the artwork, including origin, previous ownership, and available documentation. -
On-Site Verification and NFC Tag Installation
If your submission is accepted, our team will visit to verify the artwork and attach a unique NFC tag. This tag links to a digital page with the information we reviewed. -
Our Verification Approach
Tagalart performs a good faith review of each artwork’s provenance and apparent authenticity.
We do not offer expert certification, and cannot exclude the possibility of error, omission, or misrepresentation by third parties. -
Listing on Tagalart
Once verified and tagged, the work is published on our platform and visible to collectors. -
Direct Contact with Buyers
Buyers contact you directly. Tagalart does not mediate or participate in the transaction. -
Fixed Service Fee
We charge a one-time, fixed fee for inspection, tagging, and listing — no commission on sales. -
Privacy and Confidentiality
We protect your identity and personal data. All transactions and communications are handled directly between buyer and seller.

The sales process
Independent negotiation between buyer and seller
When a potential buyer shows interest in an artwork - whether by asking a question or making an offer - Tagalart facilitates initial contact by connecting the buyer with the seller.
From there, both parties negotiate and conclude the sale directly, without any involvement from Tagalart in the financial or contractual aspects of the transaction.
While Tagalart is not a party to the sale, we are available to provide general advice on common market practices if requested by either side — for example, regarding transport, payment procedures, or standard documentation.
This structure allows buyers and sellers to remain in control, while benefiting from the visibility and trust created through our verification and tagging process.
