Once the artwork has been handed over to the chosen shipping provider, all risks (including loss, damage, or delays) transfer to the buyer. Tagalart is not liable for any issues that arise during transit.

Artworks sold by professional sellers may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.
